Animate Paper grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to use our web-based animation tools (Paper Cut-Out Animator and Newspaper Text Match Cut Generator) for:
- Personal creative projects and educational endeavors.
- Commercial video production, advertising, and client deliverables.
- Social media video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
3. 100% Creator Ownership of Exported Media
You Own What You Create
You retain full, exclusive copyright and intellectual property rights over all images, headlines, videos, and animation clips created or exported with Animate Paper. Animate Paper claims zero ownership, zero royalties, and zero rights over your exported media.
4. User Content & Fair Use Responsibilities
Because all processing happens locally on your computer, you are solely responsible for the assets you import:
- You warrant that you possess the requisite rights, licenses, or fair-use exemptions for any third-party imagery, character cutouts, or newspaper headlines you input.
- You agree not to use Animate Paper to create defamatory, unlawful, or infringing materials.
5. Intellectual Property of the Platform
The Animate Paper website, procedural shader algorithms, UI layouts, brand name, and custom logos are the intellectual property of Animate Paper. You may not reverse-engineer, mirror, or repackage the application code as a competing paid service without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Animate Paper is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. While our in-browser video export pipeline is tested across modern web browsers, hardware acceleration performance may vary based on your local device specifications and capabilities.
